01
See your number, free, and without giving us anything
You tell us what you have, what you invest, and what your life costs.
We tell you how many months stand between you and the day work becomes
optional. No email, no form, no obligation. Just the number, and the
ability to move it and watch what happens.
02
Get it in writing
Leave us your name and an email address and we will write the number
up properly and send it within two business days, with a short guide
to go alongside it. Still free. Still no obligation, and still nobody
calls you unless you ask them to.

03
Find out what the number really is
The report is an estimate built on four figures. Before your Discovery
session we ask you to complete a short workbook: what actually comes
in, what actually goes out, what you actually hold. Most families find
their real number is some distance from the estimate, and that gap is
usually the most useful thing they learn. One 60-minute session, both
of you in the room, and your Discovery Report afterwards.
04
Decide whether to do it yourself
Two weeks later we follow up, not to sell you, but because the question
you are now sitting with is a real one. The moves are clear. What is
less clear is who does the work: the coordination across multiple
specialties, the meetings, the follow-through month after month. Some
families do it themselves. Others would rather it were handled.
05
We build the machine, in the first thirty days
If you engage us, the first month is deliberate. We start with your
mission and values, because every decision that follows gets measured
against them. Then we gather everything, find the gaps in your estate,
insurance and retirement planning, and put the right specialists
around you, introduced by us, coordinated by us, held accountable by
us. By day thirty you have a plan, a bench, and your number being
tracked.
06
Then we bring it down
Everything lives in one place: your documents, your technology
dashboard, your bench, your number and its history. Every month you
get a clear picture of where you stand, and one question answered
above all others:
did the number come down, and why?
That question is on the front of every report and at the top of every
review, which means you always know whether this is working.
